Prosero strengthens position in Norway – acquires Asker Lås AS
Prosero is acquiring Asker Lås AS in a move that will strengthen its position in Oslo. Asker Lås is highly competent in technical security, locks, and access control.
Morten Hermansen founded Asker Lås in 2014. Since then, the company has developed a broad customer base as well as impressive expertise. Delivering a wide range of technical security products to private individuals, companies, and the public sector, the firm also carries out large installation projects. Their office is on Vakåsveien in Asker, southwest of Oslo. The company has 3 employees and had a turnover of NOK 9 million in 2020.
“At Asker Lås AS, we see clear advantages to becoming part of Prosero, as we join larger companies in the market. We’ll have access to even more know-how and will be more efficient in our field, which involves ensuring operations in larger projects. We look forward to contributing with our expertise and experience to help other companies in Prosero,” explains Petter Nilsen, CEO for Asker Lås.
“Asker Lås offers unique skills and potential, which will be an excellent foundation for rapid expansion in an area where we’re not very strong today. We’re very proud to welcome the company to Prosero,” says Andreas Setting, country manager for Prosero Norway.
