Prosero acquires Lås & Sikring AS, adding to presence in Oslo region
Prosero is strengthening its position in the Oslo area through the acquisition of Lås & Sikring AS in Elverum. Established in 1992, Lås & Sikring AS focuses on larger projects and offers a wide selection of lock and access control systems, primarily within the construction sector.
In recent years, the company has undergone impressive growth and has established a strong position as one of the leading providers in the industry. Lås & Sikring has a strong customer base and a broad portfolio including some of Norway’s most prestigious construction projects. In 2020 the firm had a turnover of approximately NOK 60 million, and has 18 employees working from offices in Elverum.
